Seth Boomsma is known as one of the lead Performance Enhancement Specialists in the State. Boomsma’s roster includes some of the top athletes to come through South Dakota in the past 5 years. Top Athletes include Jacob Knuth, Katie Vasecka, Lincoln Kienholz, Erin Kinney and so much more. He has also become the go-to performance coach for athletes transitioning out of HS to make their leap into the Collegiate level. Boomsma is well known for his extensive background & results in Vertical Jump, Speed, Biomechanics, and Injury Prevention. Seth is one of the rare performance coaches that has impacted athletes across all of South Dakota & surrounding states in their pursuit of elite athleticism.

Landon Freeman is a former collegiate football player & holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Exercise Science. Landon brings a unique blend of knowledge & on-field experience to coaching at Boom Athletics. With four years of playing experience at the University of Sioux Falls with a final year as a grad transfer at Division 1 Southern Utah University; Landon understands the physical & mental demands of high-level athletics. His success in college was a result of the hard work he put in with Boom Athletics, a program at the forefront in South Dakota for providing individualized programming for athletic performance & injury prevention. Landon has a rare passion for pushing athletes to reach their full potential, coupled with his dedication to personalized & effective training programs. Landon’s ability to develop tailored programs to each individual's goals & abilities, makes him a valuable asset in helping athletes achieve their athletic goals.
