ERIN’s FAQ

  • I think my biggest failure was letting injuries and setbacks interfere with my confidence. Working with Seth following my first collegiate year I reached lifting maxes and sprinting times I didn't think I was capable of. This just showed me that even when things aren't going your way you can't give up.

  • I am most proud of my success at a young age. I broke 4 high school school records as a 7th grader and ended my career with 6. I’ve placed in the 100 meter at the state level since 7th grade with 2 of them being all class golds.

  • My best advice for others would be to have fun. Enjoy the hard workouts and know it will pay off in the end. If you don't give it your best you will always wonder what could have been. You only have so long to be an athlete and it goes by so fast.

  • My favorite thing about Boom Athletics is being able to train and surround myself with some of the best athletes in the area. Training with serious athletes pushes me to be the best I can be.
