Program is Open to Athletes (Boys & Girls - Grades 7-12). Athletes will learn: Speed, Strength, Power, Agility, Nutrition & the Fundamentals of Athletic Development.
Sessions will last for 1hr on Monday & Wednesday @ 6am.
Beginning Monday, June 2nd & ending on Wednesday, July 23rd for a total of 16 Sessions through the Summer.
Monday: June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th. July 7th, 14th, 21st.
Wednesday: June 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th. July 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd.
***All of these Programs will be ran by one of our Performance Coaches & all sessions will take place at our performance Center in Tea at 1305 N. Carla Ave. Parents are more than welcome to grab a seat in the lobby during sessions. No refunds or make up dates will take place for missed sessions.
